PLay a PART IN THE FUTURE OF FOOD

Here at BerryWorld we are positive, passionate and genuine. We love berries and are excited by what we do, working with growers worldwide to market berries in a sustainable way to meet customer requirements. We understand that long term sustainable growth can only come from a hunger to keep moving forwards.

We require people with an agricultural/food background to help us on this journey. We’ve developed a placement year scheme to cultivate smart, diverse talent to build sustainable solutions to grow the berry world together.

Development is very much at the heart of our culture

Working as part of our Technical Team or on growers’ farms, as part of our placement year you will have exposure to many parts of our berry businesses. There will be opportunities to widen your knowledge and expertise of the whole food chain, with further options to fast track our graduate scheme.

We will empower you to be the best version of yourself, with the aspiration that once you have completed your year with us and completed your studies, you will join us in our journey of growing the berry world together!

PLacement Year Case Study

Sophie Strong
3rd year BSC (hons) Agri-business student

"During my time on placement at BerryWorld I was given countless experiences that helped to improve my knowledge of the soft fruit industry as well as key professional skills. The rotations allowed me to merge both practical and theoretical knowledge to build a well-rounded view of the business. The support given to me on my placement year both by the co-ordinators of the placement and other staff was amazing and I cannot thank them enough."
