Every BerryWorld berry is carefully hand-picked by highly trained pickers straight into the punnet you buy to minimise any damage to the delicate fruit and ensure you get the best quality berry.

Edward Vinson, UK

Edward Vinson have been growing berries for over 150 years in the South East of England. With such a long history in growing berries, Edward Vinson started a berry breeding programme in 1986 which has successfully discovered a range of berries that BerryWorld pack under our exclusive label.

Today the Edward Vinson fruit farm grows strawberries, raspberries, blueberries and blackberries that are bursting with goodness, grown under sunny Kent skies.

Edward Vinson is Global Gap, Red Tractor, Nature, Organic Certificate, Leaf, SEDEX certified, showing that berries have been grown ethically and sustainably with care for the environment.

Strawberry Jo, Jordan

Strawberry Jordan Nursery was established in 2005 by Ahmad Omar and has supplied BerryWorld with strawberries since 2012. Strawberry Jordan farm in Madaba, Jordan is 800 metres above sea level, resulting in great tasting, sweet berries.

Ahmad, his wife Yasmine and their team grow strawberries in Jordan from the beginning of October and they supply the UK market into February. All 80 hectares are covered by high tunnels to protect against rain and frosts, maximising quality for BerryWorld consumers.

Winterwood Farms, UK

Winterwood Farms is a family business, owned and run by Stephen Taylor and his wife Jackie. Established in 1978, Winterwood Farms was one of the first to grow raspberries and blackberries in polytunnels in the UK. From small beginnings, the company now has 12 farms in 4 countries and is a specialist blueberry producer. The company operates as a family business, run by the owners, with dedicated staff central to its continued growth.

Stephen and his team produce significant quantities of blueberries for BerryWorld consumers to enjoy. The Winterwood team want to delight each consumer when they open a punnet; they carefully grow and handpick the best varieties for every BerryWorld punnet.

Polana, Poland

Polana farms was formed in 1989 by Stephen Taylor from Winterwood Farms. Polana now have 3 farms and still work in closely with Stephen Taylor.

Polana produce significant quantities of organic and standard blueberries for BerryWorld consumers to enjoy. The Polana team want to delight each consumer when they open a punnet; they carefully grow and handpick the best varieties for every BerryWorld punnet.

Summer Berry Company, UK & Portugal

The Summer Berry Company brings the taste of the summer all year round with farms both in Sussex and in Portugal, with the initial seeds of their business starting way back in 1966.

It has industry leading glasshouse and field growing systems that allow picking between February and December in the UK and all year round in Portugal. The international nature of their farms allows The Summer Berry Company an extended period of growing to delight our BerryWorld for longer.

The Summer Berry Company are our largest grower and produce significant quantities of strawberries, raspberries, blackberries and blueberries for BerryWorld consumers to enjoy. Their highly experienced team focus on producing great tasting berries on farms that buzz with biodiversity and lead the way in sustainable farming. Their aim is to delight every customer when they open a punnet of their fruit.

Hubel, Portugal

Founded in 1892 by the Conceição Family, Hubel farms have generations of farming expertise. The business now farms over 44 hectares in glasshouses across five farms in Faro, Olhão and Tavira. The Algarve climatic characteristics offers unique conditions for the production of great quality berries that are full of flavour.

Hubel provide BerryWorld with raspberries that are bursting with goodness, grown under sunny Portuguese skies.

Cape Cod family farm have been supplying and harvesting beautiful cranberries for over 70 years.

Bionest, Spain

Bionest was established in 1992 when the Soltero family decided to produce organic berries. The farm, owned by two brothers, operates in a privileged natural environment called Doñana which has encouraged the family to produce organic that would help sustain and preserve the beautiful landscape. Many different varieties of wildlife, plants and animals share the extraordinary landscape with the farm. This is the main reason why their growing techniques and agricultural practices are extremely cautious and respectful of every single factor that affects nature.

Arofa Farms, Spain

Arofa established in 1983, is a Spanish family business owned by the Arotzarena family. Originally set up for strawberry production in Lepe, Spain, the company then began raspberry production in 1994. Francisco Arotzarena and his team have supplied BerryWorld since 1992.
