Mental Health Daily Practices

We're immensely proud to have partnered with the wellbeing toolkit provider, Headspace, so all our employees will receive access to the Headspace App. The app is a wellbeing platform that offers meditations, exercises, and sleep tools. These tools can be used to help improve focus, reduce stress and anxiety, and improve sleep quality. By offering access to Headspace, we aim to encourage our employees to integrate mindfulness practices into their daily routines and prioritise their mental health.
