Providing our people with tools & knowledge to help manage mental health

Mental Health Awareness Week, which takes place from May 13th to 19th, is a great opportunity to highlight the importance of mental health and wellbeing in our workplace. So here at BerryWorld we're using Mental Health Awareness Week shine a light on three focus areas to help manage their mental health and wellbeing.

Mental Health Workplace Support

We're immensely proud to be investing in the mental health of our employees by sponsoring a comprehensive training program for our Mental Health First Aiders. This program, certified by the world’s oldest public health body, the Royal Society for Public Health, equips our team with the skills to recognise, understand, and respond to signs of mental health distress in the workplace. By empowering our employees with this knowledge and training, we're fostering a supportive and compassionate environment where everyone feels valued and understood. We believe this proactive approach will have a lasting impact on the wellbeing of our entire BerryWorld community.
