These yoghurt bowls are a great breakfast idea as they are packed full of protein, loaded with goodness, taste great and will keep you full till lunchtime. This is a great flavour combo and works really well with a good Greek yoghurt, you can add you own favourite nuts, seeds and nut butters.

  • Place the yoghurt in a blender with one of the bananas and 200g of the strawberries, the almond butter and sweetener. Blitz until you have a lovely smooth yoghurt.
  • You can now either pour into 1 large bowl to serve at the table or individual bowls. Smooth the top of the yoghurt in the bowl of choice and then slice the remaining strawberries and banana and arrange on the top of the yoghurt. Sprinkle on the pistachio nuts and serve .
