Perfect with Pimms, these colourful ice cubes not only look gorgeous but add colour and flavour to any summer drink.

  • Divide the strawberry slices between a 12 hole ice cube tray.
  • Add a couple of mint leaves and some cubed cucumber to the strawberries. Cover with cold water and freeze until solid.
  • Transfer the ice cubes to a freezer bag. Seal, label and freeze for up to 6 months.


  • 100g BerryWorld strawberries, hulled and quartered
  • Small handful fresh mint leaves
  • 3 cm length cucumber, cut into small chunks
  • Cold water
