This strawberry and banana smoothie makes a perfect breakfast for adults and kids alike. The cashew butter gives a nutty flavour that compliments the strawberry and banana perfectly.
Put 10 strawberries, a small banana, a dollop of cashew butter, a dollop of yoghurt and a few ice cubes into a blender or smoothie maker. Whizz until smooth. Add a little milk or water if it’s too thick.
