R & J Emery is a partnership of father Richard Emery and son James Emery. The family run farm has been growing in Hampshire, UK since 1966 starting in salad crops before moving to berries in 1993. Rebecca and Peter Emery are also working within the family business alongside an experienced team.

The Emery family team want to delight each consumer when they open a punnet; they carefully grow and handpick the best varieties for every BerryWorld pack.

Managing Director Gavin drives an expanding business with more than 1,010 hectares under cultivation across Australia, producing four fruit lines. Gavin and his brother, Stephen, utilising their family’s growing expertise diversified into strawberry production in 2000. By 2015, Piñata Farms had become a leading player in Australia’s strawberry market.

Today, there are some 70 hectares of strawberries under cultivation. A portion of the crop is set aside for specialty BerryWorld varieties. Renowned for embracing innovative production methods and farming technologies, Piñata Farms became the country’s first large-scale grower to grow strawberries under polytunnels in 2015. Substrate strawberry production was established in 2016 in readiness for the first commercial harvest of BerryWorld Australia-branded fruit in 2017. Specialty BerryWorld raspberries followed in 2018.

Frutadivina established in 2012, is a Dutch family run farm owned by Joan & Jose de Winter and their family. Located in Odemira, Portugal, Frutadivina supply BerryWorld with raspberries and blackberries.

Tasker Partnership is a family owned farm which has been growing berries since 1995. The Tasker Partnership has been supplying BerryWorld with delicious strawberries and raspberries since 2003. Today, the farm is managed by Stephen & Jenny Tasker.​

The farm is working towards being carbon neutral with an on site wind turbine, solar power, biomass boiler and a new state of the art packhouse. Which means you can be sure BerryWorld berries from Tasker Partnership are truly sustainalicious!
