Blueberry Muffin Health Balls

These raw blueberry energy balls are sure to keep you bursting with goodness

  • Add all ingredients except coconut to a food processor and pulse until the mixture is well combined.
  • Roll tablespoon sized portions of the mixture in your hands, then roll in the coconut.
  • Store in the freezer.
