These sugar free raw vegan treats are an absolute delight, bite after bite.

Mix all the ingredients for the base together and press mix into base of a dish.

Blend all the topping ingredients except for the kiwi berries together and pour over base.

Slice your kiwi berries and place neatly over topping mixture.

Leave to set in fridge for a few hoursbefore serving.

  • 1/2 cup nuts
  • 3 tbsp coconut oil, melted

Topping

  • 1 pack of BerryWorld Kiwi berries
  • 2 cups cashews, soaked
  • 4 tbsp water
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 3 tbsp coconut oil, melted
  • Splash vanilla extract
